Simply sauteed in butter with a sprinkle of salt, these mushrooms are a delicacy! Mushrooms are also delicious added to a stir fry, omelet, soup, chowder, or pasta with cream. To prepare, simply tear the mushrooms into desired sizes, or slice crosswise.
Store in the container they arrive in or brown paper bag in the refrigerator. Properly stored they can keep up to a week or two.
